Return & Refund Policy
At SADHIKART, we want you to love what you ordered. If you find any defects in the product purchased from us, we are here to help with a hassle-free return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Timeline: You can initiate a return or exchange request in the same day of receiving your order. We do not accept any request of return after that.
Exchanges: We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability. In general, we do not allow subsequent exchanges after that. However in any extra ordinary case further exchanges may be allowed. Every further exchanges for the same order may incur some fee.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, brand packaging, and labels must be intact and attached.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any scent will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
Innerwear, Lingerie, and Socks.
Face Masks and Personal Care accessories.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Custom-made or personalized garments.
4. The Return Process
Initiate Request: Email us at care@sadhikart.com with your Order ID, registered email and phone number and photos of the product. You can contact our partner DSA from Smart Trading ‘N’ Living for your area and directly ask for a return.
Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services for most pin codes in India. Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 48-72 hours of approval. If you try to return through our partner DSA from Smart Trading ‘N’ Living please make sure to take photograph of the DSA while returning the product as a proof of return.
Self-Ship: You may ship the item back to our office by post or any national courier service. We will reimburse you with a flat shipping credit of ₹50 in your wallet.
Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. This process typically takes 7-10 business days.
5. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days after the quality check is approved.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you will receive the refund in the form of [Brand Name] Store Credits or via Bank Transfer/UPI (you will be asked to provide your details securely during the return process).
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us at the time of delivery.We require an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damage to process these requests.In such cases, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the product once it is delivered.
